This exceptional Vero Beach two-story townhome condo in a small, gated community features 2 bedrooms (each with its own en suite bathroom), private ocean access less than a 5-minute walk away, oversized resort-style heated community pool, a great clubhouse with fitness room and sauna, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, and so much more. Very active in-season social activities from January - March/April. Responsive and dedicated Host/Property Manager lives on-site in a nearby condo for most of the year. Lush greenery abounds, and guests say that staying at this small, 69-unit friendly and welcoming Coralstone community is truly a unique and memorable experience.
The condo is bright, clean, quiet, comfortable, and exceptionally well-equipped. Just bring your clothes and relax!
The on-site Host/Property Manager provides "concierge-level" service that past Guests have truly appreciated, as their reviews verify. An orientation to the condo and the property, local walking/biking/auto tours, restaurant and shopping recommendations, suggestions for arts and recreational activities, and much more -- all personalized to your specific needs and interests -- are available and free, just for the asking.
Vero Beach itself offers a vibrant arts and entertainment scene, wonderful restaurants, golf, shopping, museums and cultural institutions, year-round speciality festivals, and much more -- all within a 20-minute drive from your condo. McKee Botanical Garden, Riverside Theater, Vero Beach Museum of Art, Jungle Trail, Vero Beach Theater Guild, Jackie Robinson Training Complex, Emerson Center, and Vero Beach Opera are all located right in town. Venture a bit farther away to visit Kennedy Space Center, (90 mins) Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge (15 mins), Navy SEAL Museum (30 mins), Walt Disney World (90 mins), and many other notable attractions.
Purple Crab rentals are available year-round -- the high-demand January - March block, along with monthly rentals the rest of the year. Heavily discounted off-season rates and possible shorter 14-day minimum stays are available for some off-season months.
This is a NO PETS and NO SMOKING condo. A rental application to the owner's condo association is required -- minimum of 2 weeks advance notice is preferred. There is a mandatory $100 non-refundable application fee to the owner's condo association (listed as Administrative Fee in the VRBO system) for this transaction for each booking. Property Manager will send the rental application form upon receiving your confirmed booking. Note: This is a very simple and quick form to complete, but it is a condo association requirement for all Guests.

Summary: I visited for 3 months ( Jan, Feb, March) to escape harsh winter up north and gray skies. I found CoralStone on VRBO and spent a totally delightful and relaxing stay. The hosts are on site and extremely helpful and reliable. The condo is delightful I really enjoyed the rather large lanai and the brightly decorated living room and the.very efficient and well appointed kitchen. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs as is the washer/dryer for great convenience. The powder room downstairs is roomy. The unit is very well equipped and very well cared for. The hosts are very responsive and informed about area attractions and social events at the community club house. Several times we shared dinner and fun experiences and the hosts are fun and very accommodating and knowledgeable about the Vero Beach area and the Treasure Coast. The activities are published each month and the social life is active and very friendly. I plan to return next year as the condo and the CoralStone community met and exceeded all my expectations and I’ll look forward to reconnecting with the friends I made while visiting. The Disney connection just across the street that CoralStone folks have access to are also a big selling point. The beach is clean and very walkable and the dining options at Disney are very convenient and delish I highly recommend It’s an ideal get away with very attentive and knowledgeable hosts, fun and varied activities, and very welcoming neighbors Simply the Best!
