The kids Bunk room on this level even has a wonderful tent bunk, where the kids can play or have a fun place to hideaway and read. The Master bedroom on this level has a lovely bay window overlooking the pool area as well as its own entry door. There is a large covered deck with cozy seating and steps leading to the pool area. The top floor has a spacious open living, dining and kitchen concept. The well equipped kitchen is complimented with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and large pantry. The living room boasts new furnishings, large flat screen TV, half bath and wet bar. On this top level is another Master Suite, also with its own bay window over-looking the pool. The Master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and a stand-alone shower. A large walk-in closet, stocked with a pack n play, doubles as a lovely nursery area. The elevator is available from ground level to all floors, for easy off-loading of luggage and groceries. Both floors have large covered decks overlooking the fantastic pool and tranquil environment. Last but not least, a great outdoor entertaining area awaits you, comfortable seating, and Tiki hut at pool side!
