Positive: Traditional Japanese house. Downstairs western bed was comfy and ample bedding. Washer dryer and bathroom all nice.
Negative: The fridge STANK of fish. It was so bad we had to throw out the items we put in the fridge and had to leave the apartment. Asked for cleaning gear but was offered wipes which did little. This smell coupled with the fishbowl in the genkan and the rather unloved kamidana made the apartment feel a little bit creepy. Also we could not find the Atagoya carparking space when we arrived. It is unclear in the images sent by the owner that the carpark is across the stream in a completely different carpark separated from the accom. It would help future customers if you could please share the google maps location as finding the park was stressful.
Summary: Beautiful bathroom - just keep the fridge closed and get the google maps link for the carparking space...
