Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great view and great restaurants nearby. Comfy blue couches in the living room

Negative: Expected to be wowed by the ocean view but the windows were dirty. (we cleaned them) Overall housekeeping wasn't great, including grit in the king bed. Flimsy soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers let out one tiny drop per pump and should definitely be replaced. Couldn't use the garage due to old couches taking up each space. House has a lot of deferred maintenance - rust, peeling wallpaper, unfinished drywall patches, paint. Dated decor, awkward picture hanging and a lot of clutter due to tchotchkes. Price was high for a somewhat shabby home.
