MAIN FLOOR:
The main floor is designed with an open floor plan with lots of windows and great panoramic view of the lake, and a double door that walks out to the upper deck overlooking the pool and the lake, with seating available for the entire family. It has a welcome room/foyer with see-through fire place and couch seating. The main living room is equipped with a stone fire place, and a 55'' LCD TV. This floor also has a bedroom with queen bed, an executive office with office furniture, decorative powder room, and elevator.
It also includes a large gourmet kitchen that can seat 4 guests at the breakfast bar, 6 at the breakfast table, and 10 at the dining room table comfortably, with side by side stainless steel refrigerator, warming drawer, compactor, microwave oven, dishwasher, cookware, small kitchen appliances, and decorative kitchen cabinets.
UPPER LEVEL:
There are 3 Bedrooms on the upper level, each with private full bathrooms.

It has a round table perfectly made for playing cards, a well designed decorative wet bar with beer cooler, wine cooler, bar sink, and bar stools. This floor is also equipped with 2 futon couches and full bathroom, including a steam sauna. More panoramic view of the lake are on display, with multiple windows facilitating the view. This floor has a sliding glass door to the patio, which leads to the swimming pool with water-fall hot tub, back yard with decorative stone wall and stone outdoor fire place, and a spacious seating area. Lastly, this floor is equipped with a home theater room, with a large projector screen, surround sound, and 8 large theater chairs with 4 bar chairs at the rear.

This area features outdoor furniture that can comfortably seat an entire family and more! The pool is connected to the hot tub and is available for year round use. Heating the pool is also possible, however comes with an extra charge (depending on the season). The lake is only a few steps under your feet, with a path for your convenience to the dock that comes with a party/entertainment deck on top, and a 360 degree view of open water. As you descend to the lake, there is also a trail that spans the entirety of Lake Lanier!!!...perfect for a stroll or run to enjoy some fresh air and the scenery.

This floor is a mini-home on its own, including a full kitchen with refrigerator, dish washer, oven, microwave and toaster oven, double sink, lots of cabinets, and breakfast bar that can seat 4 people.
