The house is Colorado Contemporary with a lodge like feel. Entering through the 2 car garage is a downstairs den with gas fireplace and big screen TV. This area contains a queen size fold out bed and a full bathroom. An ideal area for 1 or 2 young adults, or perhaps older parents, or guests. In addition there is a large laundry room.
Going upstairs is the main living area. A Gourmet Kitchen, peninsula bar with seating for 4, and table for 4. A Great Room with a spectacular elk antler chandelier, large screen TV, wood fireplace and plenty of seating. Adjacent is a spacious office with a trundle bed couch which can sleep two. Next to that is the hickory bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bath. These 2 rooms would work well for a family with children.
Going upstairs are essentially 2 Master suites. Well appointed with a king size bed and bathroom, the other a queen size bed and bathroom. All this surrounded by beautiful views out every window and decks make this the perfect mountain retreat for your family and friends.

Summary: We booked this beautiful house for a group of 7 adults for a long weekend getaway. We could not have been more impressed! The house is perfectly appointed and was great for a group our size. We were close by to great food, hiking and RedRocks. The owners we fabulous to work with and we can't wait to book a return trip!
