*Bait House Brewery is directly behind the home. They do have live music some nights that can be heard while standing outside the home.

Parties and events are not permitted. Please be mindful of noice levels and respectful of neighbors and fellow guests at all times. *Stairs to the upstairs are steep.
*The doorway to the upstairs bedroom is short so if you are taller you will need to duck to get into the bedroom
**We do have security cameras at the home - one on the front porch and one on the garage facing the back door. We use these mainly to monitor noice.
