2020 rates for the 80th anniversary are going to go to the roof, make a reservation now before you pay too much at the last minute. The Sturgis City Council is to make a final decision on the Rally on June 8 or June 15.
Let’s hit the basics — this residence houses up to six (6) people with the existing beds. Plus, add up to four (4) more people (small extra fee) on the provided inflatable king size mattresses an the price is even lower per person.

This is a 2,400 square foot, three bedroom, two full bath house inside Sturgis City Limits, but still far enough away to not be too close to all the nighttime noise. The home is under one (1) mile from famous Vanocker Canyon which is a wonderful ride for all Rally goers. This house is well maintained, clean and a screaming deal for the price. Don't get stuck paying too much for a rental or hotel with questionable neighbors.

A portion of the driveway, off of the cul-de-sac, is gravel. The one car garage fits four bikes comfortably and six with a little planning. Google Earth the address and you'll see an older picture, but the driveway is still the same. Lots of off-street parking for trailers.
