Realizing that a vacation rental set in a wooded area need not just reflect the wonderfully quiet surroundings, 1119 features many conveniences to make your vacation comfortable.

For those who enjoy a nice leisurely walk you can go to and from the beach via the preserve trail or the public beach access year round.
This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.
There are exterior cameras on property around the pools for safety and security.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
The last day of Pontoon Boat service for 2025 will occur on November 30, 2025. The Pontoon Boat service will start up again on March 1, 2026.
