This pleasant house is located in the highlands of the municipality of Santa Cruz, set in a quiet residential area, ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday.
With three floors, the villa has a car park right at the entrance, in the private garage. On the ground floor you'll find a small laundry area, equipped with a washing machine and a washing well. Here you'll also find an outdoor patio equipped with furniture, so you can enjoy the view of the sea and the Desertas Islands.
On the first floor, there is a large living room, fully equipped and decorated. There is also a dining table and a shared bathroom. Also on this floor is a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook all your meals during your holiday. Opposite the entrance to the kitchen is a dining table.
On the third and final floor are the three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed; the second bedroom has two single beds and the third has a king-size double bed and a small outdoor balcony.

AREA
Located on the eastern side of the island, this property is in the highlands of the municipality of Santa Cruz, a six-minute drive from Santa Cruz city centre and a seven-minute drive from the airport. Nearby, about two minutes away by car, there is a natural park area, ideal for picnics.
By car you can also go to the municipality of Machico (12 minutes away), known for its bay with its artificial yellow sand beach; the fantastic views from Ponta de São Lourenço, Penha D'Águia or the Portela viewpoint.
From the centre of Santa Cruz you have quick access to the motorway linking the west side to the east side, which will make it easier for you to plan your trips around the island.
Funchal is eighteen minutes away by car. If you choose to go to the centre of Funchal, take the opportunity to explore the city (museums, gardens, activities, shopping and viewpoints) and find out more about all kinds of activities you can do during your holiday: cultural activities, extreme activities, nature activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!
