The Space:
With tons of natural light throughout, this spacious home has a large kitchen with double ovens, a warming drawer, and a full-size built-in fridge. Adjoining the kitchen is an all-glass dining room that seats ten - the perfect spot to enjoy a meal while feeling like you’re eating outside with the flowers and birds. The lush living room has a large leather sectional and glass sliders, to give that indoor-outdoor feel, with a gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV with multiple streaming services. Fall asleep in the master bedroom to the sound of the running waterfall just outside, with a king canopy bed, a walk-in closet, and a gorgeous stone wall feature with sliding glass doors opening to a private patio. Relax in the second master that also has a California king bed, ensuite bathroom, black-out curtains, and a flat-screen TV. The third and fourth bedrooms have twin trundle beds, a wardrobe/closet, and sliding glass doors to the patio. One is also an office with a large desk and hard-wired internet. The fifth bedroom is an office with A-frame windows that look out onto the oak trees - equipped with a small desk and a double futon with a topper. All doors lead out to the gorgeous park-like backyard with its natural Santa Barbara beauty and fun adventures awaiting. Step outside and take a hike on the trail while crossing a waterfall, or discover a mini cave (under three large boulders). Shoot some hoops, play ping-pong poolside, or spend the night under the oak trees in the treehouse. Prep a charcuterie tray for poolside snacks at the outdoor counter or take a siesta in the hammock under the peaceful trees. The crown jewel of this amazing backyard is the beautiful free-form pool and jacuzzi. Slide down Willoughby World’s iconic 16-foot water slide into the pool below.
