Make your way through the front door into our freshly designed vacation home. Step up onto the front porch and into the home via the smart keyless lock and be greeted with soaring ceilings and generously sized rooms designed and styled with your comfort in mind.
LIVING AREA
The living area features two comfy sofas, a coffee table, and a 50" Smart ROKU TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night.
KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to cover all the cleaning up.
Serve your meals at the kitchen table or gather everyone into the elegant dining room for dinner with a table set for 6. Enjoy your morning coffee in the peninsula kitchen, or watch the chef cook your favorite meal.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite, spacious and bright, with a canopy queen bed, side table, a desk, an office chair, a closet with organizer storage, and hangers for all your belongings. The full-size en-suite bathroom is accessible from the bedroom, offering a walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a double vanity. Plenty of fresh, clean towels and toiletries are available for your stay!
Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3 are perfectly designed rooms for the kiddos in your family. Both have twin bunk beds, dressers, closets, and room for the kids to play and relax. Bedroom #4 has a full-size bed and an armoire for storing belongings. A hallway full-size bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo stocked with clean, fresh towels to share among those bedrooms.
LAUNDRY
A full-size washer/dryer on the 2nd-floor hallway behind double closet doors stocked with detergent and dryer sheets makes vacation laundry a breeze!
BASEMENT
This home provides extra space to spread out and relax! The finished basement has an open layout as an additional hang-out room for movie nights or family game nights and an ideal room for the little kids to run around and play. Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, with most highways nearby. You can also use the Metro Link light rail system to access many major attractions.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home has NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.
GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.
TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.
The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee".

✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
