My brand new 3 bedroom 3 bath home has two family rooms, a large backyard for bbq-ing and relaxing. The home is on the West Side of town, on a quiet cul-de-sac. This home is very centrally located, 5 minutes from both UCSC and downtown. Easy walking to neighborhood parks and eateries. Perfect retreat for two families, a corporate retreat/meeting, or for a relaxing getaway.

This house is ideal for families, corporate retreats, relaxing getaways for a quiet group of friends.
