This home is off strip about 11 miles, it is perfectly curated for family & friends, business travelers, and digital nomads.
Quiet neighborhood, spacious front yard and back yard. High vault living room with TV, wifi, mini pool table and a karaoke 🎤 set for families who loves to sing. Key code entry is provided and you can self check in anytime. You have access to the backyard with patio!!

This house is 11-12miles from the start of the strip on Las Vegas Blvd and Sahara. While the neighborhood itself is private, safe, and family-friendly, supermarkets, restaurants, and coffee shops are all mins away.

You will have access to the 2 parking spot in front of the house. The front door has a keypad code access. You will have access to all living spaces, laundry room and machines, backyards and garage.

- Maximum overnight guests: 6
- Minimum age to rent: 21
- No events allowed
- No smoking inside is allowed. Guests can smoke in the backyard
- House can comfortably host up to 6-7guests. We charge additional guest fees after 6 guests; $20 per guest per night for each after 6 guests.
- Maximum of 8 guests staying. If you have more guests on the premises stay than you have noted in your reservation, we reserve the right through Airbnb to charge additional amount, per guest per night.
- There is a security camera facing the driveway, and a security camera facing the backyard for security purpose only.
- The Las Vegas speed way is 11miles away if you drive.
Nelis Airforce base is close by the property. Many restaurants close to the property as well.

Basic kitchen items are provided. plastic cutleries, coffee machine and coffee included.
Pet Policy:
We adore pets, and we would like to welcome your lovely fur babies! Up to 2 pets to stay. $50 each pet each trip will be charged. Please always pick up after them, and no pets on any furniture.
Additional cleaning fees will be charged if guests fail to do so.
