We'd like to reintroduce you to the ALL NEW Royal Palm Villa! This property has undergone a major renovation from top to bottom.
The stunning 7,700 sq/ft waterfront villa is located in one of the most coveted neighborhoods of Fort Lauderdale and is perfectly situated within walking distance between the iconic Las Olas Boulevard and Las Olas Beach.
This home is ideal for groups of friends and family seeking a relaxing time away with two large living areas, a game room and full bar on the first floor with a separate spacious sitting area in the second floor loft.
A brand new chef's kitchen features an enormous 16' island with oversized glass sliding doors that opens up to the backyard for an indoor/outdoor living combination.
Out back you will find an oasis with the heated pool, two fire pit areas with ample seating and a covered cabana next to a large grilling station with seating up to 8 for outdoor dining by the water. *There is also a 100 foot dock to accommodate yachts up to 80 feet. (must obtain owner's permission prior to utilizing dock for boats and water crafts).
Back inside you will find a stunning bar that flows into the family and game room with pool table, arcade games and bar. There is also a private bedroom with en suite bath as well as an office and one of two laundry rooms.
Ascending the stairs to the second floor you will find the master suite along with 3 additional bedrooms, the second laundry room and loft area with additional seating.
All 5 bedrooms in the property feature it's own private en suite baths. In addition, 4 of the 5 Bedrooms have their own private balconies.
The primary suite features an attached TV/Reading room for added space and privacy while the oversized primary bath boasts a double shower with steam unit and separate sauna.

The Villa is equipped with a sound system throughout.
The family room features a full bar, billiards table, arcade games; Buck Hunt and NBA Jams, a 80' TV with home theatre.
There are two stand up paddle boards and a 2-person kayak available for drifting along the Nurmi Isles where you'll see endless beautiful homes and yachts of all sizes docked alongside them.

Summary: This was a beautiful and welcoming home for our family to gather in this winter. The location was great, the house was well-appointed. There is plenty of private space and public space. On the rare occasion we needed to call the owner, our issues were easily managed.
