WATERFRONT AND POOL FRONT TOWNHOUSE!
Fully furnished four bedroom, four bathroom with an attached four car garage on the beautiful Lake Padre. Located just a short walk from the beach. Enjoy the heated waterfront pool, fish from the dock, and relax watching the sunrise/sunsets from the balconies. Three of the bedrooms are king suites and the fourth bedroom has two sets of full bunk beds with twin trundle beds (6 beds total). A mini crib is in one of the king bedrooms. There is also a full size Murphy bed located in the living room. Supplied kitchen and houseware items: pots and pans, dinnerware, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, microwave, measuring cups and spoons. We also supply bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bed linens, and pillows. A starter supply of dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, and trash bags is supplied. Guests have access to the backyard commons area, charcoal grill, and the boatslip. We are available by phone 24/7, please call or text anytime.
