Summary:
Welcome to my beach front cottage!
My cottage is extremely unique as it was built in the 1800's and consists mostly of stone! It is split into 2 separate building (the main lakehouse with 2 bedrooms and a detached guest house with 1 bedroom). The cottage sits on 2 acres of land and has a private beach front. There's water-sport equipment on site such as kayaks and paddle boards for you to use. You'll have a panoramic view of the lake and a sunset to watch!
The Space:
The Lakehouse “Studio” could be considered the largest of the three bedrooms and most private with its
own kitchenette and full bathroom, it is a large stone room with huge open ceiling and sleeping loft.
There are two additional upstairs bedrooms in the Lakehouse, one is large with a King size bed and
another one with lots of windows for a fantastic morning view over looking the water.
The “Great Room” 14’ x 36’ with a 13’ high open ceiling and will likely be the center of your shared
experience after your relaxing day on the beach and you have had cocktails in the sunroom.
The Great room also has an oversized couch and dining table to easily accommodate 8.
There is a newer kitchen with a small porch for entertaining while cooking and 2 full baths and a half
bath.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire property during their stay with no shared access with anyone else.
Other Things to Note:
*Please note that this is a historic stone cottage with plenty of character, and as such it does not have central heating or AC. There are baseboard heaters, space heaters, fans as well as some AC window units in the cottage. Through these methods the temperature is kept comfortable and guest should not have to worry about being hot or cold
