The price listed is for the main house villa, sleeping 7- 8 in beds all on the first floor. **The guest house with a water view, is an extra charge to add on sleeping for 5 more and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen is massive, with granite counter tops, 2 ovens, and a gas cooktop. There are 2 refrigerators, and another cook top in the galley kitchen. This home is set up to host your large family in an open concept living room/dining room/ kitchen all with a view!
There is water access from the backyard, with your own PRIVATE beach! Kayaks and paddle boards are easily rented down the street from the house.
Your 1 dog is ok with preapproval, and a signed pet addendum!

Main house is all on the FIRST AND ONLY FLOOR: Master, king bed and en suite bathroom.
