An Eagle in the Pines Cabin, your private mountain home, perfectly situated on a corner property 1 mile east of Downtown Julian, adds to the privacy and comfort of the home! Located at 4200 feet in elevation, this home is a warm, cozy and comfortable vacation retreat any time of the year! The rates for our Cabin start at $225/night for two guests, each additional guest is charged $25/night on top of the rack rate.
An Eagle in the Pines Cabin boasts high end furnishings and appliances including granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, a gas fireplace that warms the home throughout, extra comfortable furnishings in the living room, a Flat Screen DirecTV with DVD Player, and stereo in the open living room. A Loft on the second floor of the home offers a love seat and additional tv, a great spot to take in the quiet of the home and property.
This warm and cozy retreat has all the comforts you could hope for, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a Full Modern Kitchen and a wonderful comfortable feel throughout. Jetted tubs and tile bathrooms are an added benefit to the home and your stay!
The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking needs, utensils, and dishware and all appliances including microwave, toaster, and coffee maker with fresh ground coffee are provided in the home for you. Hot chocolate and popcorn are stocked for your enjoyment as well!
Two fabulous bedrooms are furnished with high quality beds, soft linens, and gorgeous décor. The Master Bedroom on the second floor has a King Bed, High Vaulted Ceilings, Cherrywood furniture, and Oak trees outside all windows. The guestroom on the first floor of the home has a queen bed, country furnishings, and French doors that lead to a screened patio deck on the rear of the home.
Both bathrooms are newly remodeled and equipped with jetted tubs. The bathroom on the first floor of the home has a large Jacuzzi tub and shower combination and is surrounded in tile and rock work. The Upstairs Bathroom also has a small corner tub with Shower fixture as well.
The back patio is another private and wonderful place to enjoy! Quiet and peaceful, a great place to just be.
Pets (2 Maximum) are warmly welcome at An Eagle in the Pines Cabin upon agreement to the Terms & Conditions for having your pet stay with you in the home. It is a privilege to share the home and property with your pets. However, you are 100% responsible for the safety of your pet and the care and maintenance of the home and property while you stay. Although there is a small fenced dog run, the remainder of the property is not fenced so we ask that you be extra careful with your pets while you stay! ($50 Pet Fee added to your stay)
