Inside, bright and neutral tones create a warm, inviting feel. The main level features a spacious primary suite with a brand-new bathroom and walk-in closet, plus an updated guest bath with a walk-in shower and generous storage. The fully finished basement is ideal as a guest suite, offering its own living area, wet bar/kitchenette, bedroom, flex space, and large bath.
Step outside to enjoy the brand-new wraparound deck, perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or taking in the gorgeous seasonal views of the lake. The waterproofed design also provides covered storage and parking below.
Guests will also appreciate thoughtful upgrades throughout the home, including quartz countertops, new waterproof laminate flooring, tankless water heater, new roof (2023), new HVAC, and all new paint, windows, and finishes for a truly fresh feel.
