Dining with 6 seater table, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, living with lounge/sofa bed, 2 electric recliners, TV(not smart), blu-ray DVD, small selections of DVD's, CD, radio, ceiling fan.
Sunroom with 2 recliners, desk, pedestal fan.
Main bedroom with split system air-conditioner, ceiling fan, built in robe, TV for playing DVD's only, large ensuite with toilet/bidet, a vanity & a shower all set up for the wheelchair. 2nd bathroom with shower, vanity, bath, separate w/c. 2nd bedroom with ceiling fan and built in robe.
PLEASE NOTE: 3rd sleeping space is the lounge/sofa bed in the living area.
