A beautifully decorated living room with gas fireplace opens to a fully-stocked, modern eat-in kitchen, which comfortably seats 6 around the kitchen table. A den off of the kitchen provides a space to relax or work remotely.
Dream of the beach in the bright and airy master bedroom. Nestled at the end of the hall, the master features a vaulted ceiling, mounted flat-panel TV, ceiling fan, and sliding glass doors that lead to a sitting area and outdoor shower. This space is sure to help you unwind at the end of each beach day.
Bedrooms two and three are shiplapped and decorated out of a Cape Cod magazine. Bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has a double bed. All beds (including the Master) are brand new for 2023.
The full bathroom with bath/shower combo has been freshly remodeled with all new amenities. Outside the bathroom is a stacked washer/dryer laundry center. And no Cape house is complete without a spacious outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.
