USNA grad owned! Beautiful house (built in 2017) located less than two blocks from Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, where there is a shuttle to downtown (5 minutes) and USNA during special events! House has 5 very large bedrooms--4 located on the second floor, and 1 in the basement. Backyard has large patio, built-in grill, swing set and trampoline. Enjoy walking to the stadium, exploring downtown, or just relaxing! Community has pool (1 block away from house), water access, and playgrounds within walking distance! Once you arrive at the house, you can park your car and just relax!
Linens and towels will be provided. No need to bring anything! Pets negotiable with owner approval ($300 pet cleaning fee with owner approval).
