***NO REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS FOR EVENT AND GAME BOOKINGS! This overrides any and all other cancellation policies regardless of booking system used. Event and game bookings includes (but is not limited to) any and all Oxford events/concerts/festivals as well as any and all campus related events such as move-in, move-out, graduations, sports events, etc. By booking your stay you acknowledge this cancellation policy.

After booking you will receive an email from SuperHog requesting that you complete the verification process. You will be required to enter a valid ID. Failure to complete the verification and/or failure to pass the verification can result in cancellation of your booking with no refund.
PET POLICY:
We love fur babies and welcome pets; however, pets MUST be approved! If you plan to bring a pet, please send an inquiry prior to booking your reservation. Let us know about your fur baby (size, breed, personality). There is a non-refundable $150 fee per pet per stay. This fee will be added to your pre-approval and sent to you for booking. We love animals and we want you to bring your fur babies; however, there are additional cleaning standards and charges from our cleaners for cleaning once there has a been a pet so it is imperative that we are aware that pets are coming and collect the pet fee. If you do not make us aware that you are bringing a pet, do not receive approval, and do not pay the pet fee, upon your arrival with pets you may be asked to leave with no refund issued or you may be asked to pay a $500 non-refundable pet fee. If you do not pay it, you will be asked to leave and will not be refunded for your stay.
