**Livingroom furniture has been updated featuring a brand new Livingroom Couch, Love Seat, Rug, lamp and end table along with pull out bed. We have also added a fire pit with 4 chairs in the backyard overlooking the canal.
Our home features 3-bedrooms and 1 bath. If you're looking for something a little different, this is it! Our home offers a dock with a boat lift and your boat, jet skis and golf cart are welcome. Private back patio with Wicker table and four chairs and flat top grill overlooking the canal. Enjoy fishing and crabbing off the dock or catching the morning sunrise. Short walk/bike ride to the beach and a quick boat ride to the intercoastal waterway. Fully equipped Kitchen with Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave, toaster, dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware. Large lot with privacy fenced back yard with lots of parking. 5 minutes to the public boat ramp. The Bathroom is fully equipped with tub and shower, hair dryer, and toiletries. The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking. We offer a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. You have endless ways to enjoy the water. There are multiple access points to Crescent and St. Augustine Beach. Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are available in multiple places around St. Augustine. We offer a boat dock, sunning dock and boat lift for your boat which provides access to the intercoastal waterway. Take a short boat ride of 15 minutes and you are in Downtown St. Augustine where you can enjoy all this historic city has to offer. You can also access one of the many amazing restaurants by boat and have a great lunch or dinner while taking in all the sites. In just 20 short minutes you can be headed out deep sea fishing or arriving at Vilano Beach. Take in a concert or the Farmer's Market at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre. Check out the concert schedule online. St. Augustine Beach is just a short drive north on A1A featuring bars, restaurants, mini golf, grocery shopping, rental shops, retail, live music, recreation courts, dog park, etc. Historic Downtown St. Augustine is just a 15-minute drive north. Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer.
