This light-filled home comprises, on the lower level, a large living room with a smart TV, a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and smart TV, a bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower, an open-plan kitchen and dining with seating for 8. Also on at ground level is the laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Step outside to a private garden, the perfect spot for a morning cuppa or perhaps brunch on the outdoor dining setting.
The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances and an espresso machine, with plenty of bench space for those who like to cook up a storm. Climate is easily controlled with reverse cycle, ducted heating and cooling.
