The villa is located 80 meters from the sea, just a few minutes walk from a beautiful, well-kept beach and the picturesque village of Sissi. With stunning sea and mountain views. This villa was recently renovated in 2023 and has two floors, perfectly fitted to it's 1000 sqm landscape and a building with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms . This luxury property is close to all local amenities and opposite Vasia Spa. For a fee you can use all the facilities of Vasia Spa with a thalassotherapy area, 9 treatment rooms & a relaxation area.
The villa is divided into 2 levels. Entering the ground floor, you will find a spacious living & dining room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. On the same level there are 2 double bedrooms, one bathroom and a toilet.
On the first floor there are 2 more double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All beds can be converted from single to double. In the basement is a bedroom with a spacious and beautiful bathroom.
The spacious outdoor area offers a large sun terrace with comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas and a 50 sqm swimming pool with crystal clear water. The wild beauty of the seacoast is at your doorstep, accompanied by the view of the Cretan mountains in the background.
