Added on top of the majestic valley of Te Maru Ata, overlooking the gorgeous lagoon on one of the West Coast, Villa Tiare offers an impressive sight to its occupants. This valley, now the location of the exclusive residential development "Te Maru Ata" is a unique place on the island of Tahiti.
No other place can claim a majestic panorama as the view is breathtaking. One can see the sister island Moorea, its lagoon but also the reef of Punaauia, ranging from "La Pointe des Pêcheurs" to the town of Paea.
This large family villa is surrounded by a flower garden including Tiare, who gave their name to the villa. It was built with the idea to take advantage as much as possible outside, the sun, omnipresent makes light flooded places.
This beautiful family villa is ideal for relaxing stays pure, quiet with single table for the blue shades. She will seduce you with its spaciousness, freshness keeping pleasant throughout the year and its view to 180 degrees.
The Villa Tiare, a subtle mix of French and Polynesian style is built on one level around a large pool facing the breathtaking view of Moorea. On the one hand is the living, the other rooms. The entrance leads into a large living room with pastel colors, well decorated is equipped with TV and overlooks the pool. The kitchen, large and functional opened with a large dining room overlooking a terrace where, again, everything is done to take this view breathtaking.
On the other side of the house is 4 bedrooms in the villa.
The master bedroom, the largest one, is blue, has a queen size bed, large closets, its own bathroom with shower and toilet, a ceiling fan making it very pleasant room and a terrace with views of the lagoon .
The second bedroom, grey, decorated with hibiscus drawings is the garden and has its own terrace too.
The third, the orange shades, has a double bed and plenty of storage.
Finally the last room, purple, is furnished with a single bed and a desk.
All rooms are extremely bright and airy because with large picture windows. The 3 bedrooms share a newly renovated bathroom with green apple colors.
