Villa surrounded by olive and lemon trees, ideal for those who wants to visit the beauties of our area, enjoying the relaxation of a quiet place and the aromas of nature. Panoramic view of the Gulf of Naples, with its three islands (Capri, Ischia and Procida) and Vesuvius. Large terrace and garden with hammocks and sofas, with pizza oven and barbecue. Ample spaces, ideal for relaxing, but also for pleasant evenings with your friends, or for the game of your children.
The house has 3 bedrooms, two with double bed, and one with two single beds + 2 people, on request, can make use of the sofa bed located in the large living room , for a total of up to 8 guests. It has 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower, a fully equipped kitchen. The house is equipped with indipendent air conditioning in all the rooms, washing machine, ironing board, SMART-TV, satellite television,WI-FI
You will have access to the whole house, the large terrace with rocking sofas, dining table with sun loungers, ideal for relaxing in the sun, to have lunch at open or pleasant evenings. Guests can make use of 'barbecue , fully equipped with all utensils. On request, at extra cost, you can have a man who will prepare the pizzas for you and show you the preparation of this delicious dish. There is also a free area where you can stop your cars and a panoramic garden overlooking the Gulf of Naples with its islands (Capri, Ischia and Procida) and the Vesuvio, with hammocks and benches, ideal to relax or to the game of your children.
For the duration of your stay in the villa you will be alone and in complete privacy and autonomy. Both myself, my parents, we are at your disposal for any information, questions, clarifications, or to resolve any problem.
ATTRACTIONS NEARBY
The house is surrounded by olive groves and lemon groves, just over 1km from the small village of Terms, which enjoys a spectacular view of the 'island of Capri, where it is already possible to find restaurants, a small supermarket, a pharmacy and a bar. From there you can reach, for lovers of hiking, the view and the unspoiled nature, the beauty of Punta Campanella area, but also the beautiful Bay of Jeranto. Just 10 minutes by car or bus are the beautiful beaches of Marina del Cantone equipped with all facilities, one of the few areas of Italy awarded the Blue Flag, for the clean water . From the house you can reach Sorrento in just 20 minutes by car or bus.From Sorrento you can reach easily Capri and the other islands of the Gulf of Naples. You can also easily reach Amalfi, Positano and the other towns of the coast by boat (wich I advise), by bus or by car. Finally by train from Sorrento you can go to Pompei but also the Royal Palace of Caserta, the Greek temples of Paestum, and all the monuments and the beauty of the city of Naples.

HOW TO MOVE AROUND
The house is just over 1km from the center of the small town of Termini, from where you can take the 'bus to Marina del Cantone, Sant' Agata sui due Golfi and Sorrento. Despite that The best way to move is by car, motorcycle or scooter
(which can also be rented directly from the villa), or for those who enjoy walking and hiking, you can walk along beautiful nature trails.
Finally you can book boat tours to Capri or Amalfi and Positano, with the possibility to be taken and accompanied to the pier directly from the villa.
What kind of car are you booking ? I advise you not too big cars, but powerful enough because our roads are a bit narrow with some steep sections.
HOW TO DO THE CHECK-IN
Satellite navigation systems do not report all the road to the villa. Don't worry I' ll give you the address of a meeting point , and I' ll wait you there to bring you to the villa and to give you the keys. (Dont' forget to let me know when you are arrivig ).
NOTE: The last 200 meters of the road are steep and narrow, so to park in front of the house, I advice you, a not too big , but powerful car. If you have a big car like a van don't worry, before these 200 meters , we have another big and free parking area where you can park, and if you will park there we will transport your luggages in the villa without any extra cost (also at the check out we will transport your luggages back in your car).
For security reason at the check-in I'm obliged to scan your document and to withdraw the payment in cash of the city turistic tax which is €2,00 for each person per day.

My city is called MASSA LUBRENSE, we are near Sorrento(60km from the Airport of Naples )
HOW TO REACH THE HOUSE WITH PUBLIC TRANSPORTS
From Naples Piazza Garibaldi station you can take the train of CIRCUMVESUVIANA to Sorrento. The journey Napoli-Sorrento is about one hour, and the train ticket costs about 4 euro.
When you arrive in Sorrento, out of the train station, there is the bus station. There you can take the SITA BUS to NERANO CANTONE and get off at stop TERMINI (you can also ask the bus driver if he can tells you when you are at the bus stop of Termini, or also to a person on the bus) (the ticket costs about €1,50 and you can buy it in the newsstands or in the tobacconists ). In Termini I'll come to pick you up with the car. If you tell me the time you will arrive at the Naples train station, I can help you and tell you the exact times of the train and the bus.
NOTE: the house is at about 1,5km from the bus stop, so cars or scooters are really adviced.
It is possible, if interested, to rent scooters and cars also directly from the villa, ask for more information.
