THE EXTERIOR:
Large terrace with lounge area, 6 sunbeds and a dining space for lunch sheltered from the sun.
The heated swimming pool is secured with a submerged rolling shutter.
Access to the beach is done directly through the villa's garden, via a small gate.
Attention, as the villa is on the beach, it is imperative to carefully close the gate and close the pool roller shutter every evening for safety reasons.
