The inviting living area, with comfortable sofa and armchairs and a flat-screen TV, is complemented by an adjoining dining room overlooking the garden and a large modern eat-in kitchen with access to a romantic terrace, perfect for al fresco dining with friends or relaxing during the day. A modern bathroom with walk-in shower completes the layout of the beautiful ground floor, while on the upper floor you will find 2 modern bedrooms suitable for couples, each with its own private bathroom. In the basement you will find a professional billiard table for entertaining and the 3rd bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Outside, a lush landscaped garden features a small covered kitchen with a wood-burning oven - ideal for pizzas - and a barbecue, next to a beautiful private outdoor pool and a covered terrace furnished with sun loungers.

Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of April 2025 to the 2nd of November 2025
