The villa is an ancient farmhouse recently restored. The villa is divided into 3 portions, this is a combination of 2 portions.
Upon arrival it is necessary to provide a guarantee/security deposit of € 500 which will be returned upon check-out in the absence of damage to the property or its contents, all keys are returned, solid plates and glasses are cleaned and no laundry is lost or damaged.
Everything is included in the booking rate with the exclusion of the city tax of 3.50 € per person per night that the Italian state has applied for every tourist for the preservation of the cultural and artistic heritage of Italy.
I will collect cash upon check-in along with the security deposit.
Check-in is from 3 pm until 7 pm and there is an extra charge for every time you need it. Check-out is before 10 am.
Heating is not included, it is available for 1.2 euro per cubic meter. You will measure the gas meter at check-in and check-out and pay according to consumption.
The villa is divided into 3 portions, this is a combination of 2 portions. On the first floor, there is a large living room with a dining room on the ground floor and a beautiful fireplace that frames the room and makes it cozy and comfortable. Also on the ground floor, there is a beautiful kitchen with stone walls and two windows overlooking the garden, a guest bathroom, and a large wardrobe. Charming loft on the second floor, and a second living room; at the end of the corridor a spacious and elegant double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and sun terrace for sunbathing, continuing along the corridor is the second master bedroom with a bathroom opposite and finally, the third smaller bedroom furnished with a bed for one and a half.
In the second part there is a living room, the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 3 single beds and 2 bathrooms, on the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
both rooms are very bright thanks to the huge windows from which it is possible to admire the garden and the private wood.
The villa is located a few hundred meters from the other villa which is located in an 80-hectare private nature reserve where the villa's client can take pleasant walks in the countryside to enjoy nature and animals.
The residence is not far from the beautiful medieval city like San Gimignano, Vinci, Volterra, and San Miniato, and in 2 hours you can get to Siena and Pisa where you can see the famous leaning tower. For those who choose the holiday as an opportunity to play sports, you can go horseback riding, play golf, walk, fish, windsurf or sail or visit the nearby Lake Bilancino.
