The splendid villa Mathis is located in the fascinating and renowned town of Golfo Aranci: an enchanting structure with a decisive and elegant geometry. Villa Mathis is a modern property furnished with great taste and attention to detail. The villa is spread over two floors communicating with each other both externally and internally via a private lift. On the ground floor is the sleeping area consisting of two spacious and very bright double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, one of which directly overlooks the private garden, and another bedroom large enough to accommodate two double beds.
On the upper floor there is the splendid living area which, thanks to the numerous French windows, is characterized by a strong luminosity. This is made up of a very modern kitchen area with light and soft colours, and a large living area with intense colors which directly overlooks the pool area. The presence of the large French windows creates a continuum between the outside and the inside, giving a strong feeling of relaxation and harmony with the lively surrounding nature.
