Located in a very quiet closed street, with 24 hour security. Just two blocks from supermarkets such as Costco, Soriana and Walmart, pharmacies and Hospital Galenia hospitals; and five minutes from the main commercial centers of the city such as Malecón Américas and Puerto Cancún. The neighborhood has excellent restaurants in its surroundings highly recommended such as Los Aguachiles, La Mantarraya, Samura, Café Antoinette among others; there is quick access to the main roads that lead to Playa del Carmen, Xcaret Tulum, Chichen Itzá
