Summary: Positives: Beautiful location and property, very close to Cruz Bay. Negatives: Water pressure and temperature were an ongoing problem that I had to contact the property manager and owner on daily, with no real resolution. Many times we had zero water pressure, including the last 12 hours of our stay with no functional faucets or toilets. We ended our trip having to leave out ice to melt so we could brush our teeth! The house has 3 units, and all were rented while we were there. So perhaps full occupancy equates to no water? Something to consider... Also had the first 3 days with no functioning oven that took 2 different technicians to figure out it was a breaker that must have been tripped prior to our arrival. So between plumber and electrician visits, as well as the renters on the floor below us walking across our balcony several times to access their unit the first day, we didn't experience serenity or privacy. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay, which is a shame with all the potential for this property. I will say the owners did offer a small compensation for our "inconveniences", but I would not stay here again.
