Completely renovated and on one level, Villa Ipanema offers 3 air conditioned rooms overlooking the lush tropical garden planted with coconut palms and other exotic plants. All rooms have a double bed. The villa also has two bathrooms and two toilets.
The fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, 4 gas burners, toaster, kettle ...), is open to the living room and dining room. eat and offers a large living space extended by the terrace.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen and Wi-Fi internet access. A speaker system will allow you to enjoy your music inside and outside the villa.
The villa has a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The villa is facing the popular beach of Saline-les-Bains, on the west coast of Reunion which enjoys a unique microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year.
It is adjacent to the famous beach restaurant "Copa Cabana" where you can enjoy modern and typical cuisine (at noon on weekdays and midday and evening on Friday and Saturday) or rent chairs for the day. You will also appreciate the proximity of the beach restaurant (Planch'Alizé) 150 m from the villa, accessible directly by the beach or by the road (ideal also for a cocktail feet in the sand to admire the sunset, or for a lunch facing the lagoon).
The town center of Saline-les-Bains is 250 m with its bakery, tobacco / press, pharmacy ... The supermarket and fruit and vegetable sellers are located 1 km from the villa.
Treat yourself to an exceptional moment on the intense island in Villa Ipanema, ideally located as a starting point for excursions and activities on the island (the three cirques, the volcano, paragliding, helicopter, hiking, mountain biking, fishing at wholesale, canyoning, sea trip ...).

The villa is planned for 6 people maximum.
Parties and receptions are strictly prohibited.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa.
Animals are not allowed.
CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS

Rental of 7 days minimum and 14 days maximum.
To book, a transfer of 25% of the rental amount will be required. The balance will be paid 30 days before your arrival.
In case of late booking (less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay), the total amount of the stay must be paid upon booking.
Deposit: An imprint of credit card or check of 2000 euros (not cashed) will be requested upon arrival and will be returned no later than 15 days after your departure provided that no damage has been caused to the Villa.
A seasonal rental agreement will record all this information.
Time of entry: between 15h and 19h.
Release time: between 8h and 11h.
In case of late arrival (after 19h) or early departure (before 8am), thank you to report it (a supplement of 50 € will be requested on arrival).
