LE LOGEMENT
La villa FWI House est située dans le meilleur quartier d`Orient Bay :
vous serez à la fois prêt de la plage, à 750 m seulement, et en hauteur avec une vue incroyable sur la baie et les iles de Pinel, Tintamarre, Caye Verte et Saint-Barthélemy.
Vous bénéficierez également une légère brise bienfaisante.
La piscine privée, avec ses transats, est située légèrement en contrebas du reste de la villa, à l`abri des regards, tout en profitant d`une belle vue mer.
Vous profiterez de 2 tables d`extérieur pour vos repas :
* la 1ère en plein soleil, idéale le matin ou le soir pour profiter d`une vue à quasiment 360°.
* la 2ème dans une zone couverte, parfaite pour le midi se protéger du soleil.
La salon d`extérieur situé à l`ombre sur la terrasse pour 6 personnes, est le lieu privilégié pour prendre l`apéritif, ou lire en contemplant la mer.
Le salon avec sa cuisine américaine et sa très grande hauteur de plafond est tourné vers la mer et la piscine.

LE QUARTIER
La villa est située à Orient Bay.
Vous profiterez de sa longue et belle plage, de ses sports nautiques (jet ski, voile, kite surf) ainsi que de ses nombreux bars et restaurants de plage avec leurs chaises longues et parasols.
Pour vos soirées, les restaurants et bars traditionnels vous accueilleront.
Un petit supermarché se trouve près de la plage, ainsi qu`une boulangerie, un coiffeur et un tabac.
Vous pourrez également vous faire livrer vos courses si besoin.
Le parc de la Baie Orientale est très sécurisé avec plus de 100 caméras, et un gardiennage 24x24 heures et 7x7 jours.
A 10 min en voiture, vous profiterez du villa de Grand Case avec sa belle plage également, considéré comme la capitale gastronomique de la Caraïbe.
La plage avec ses activités nautiques, les restaurants et les commerces sont à 750 mètres à pied en contrebas de la villa.
Une voiture est néanmoins pratique pour découvrir tous les attraits de l`île au 27 plages.
Il ne faut poser aucun objet chaud sur les plans de travail blanc de la cuisine. Il faut les poser sur une planche à découper en bois prévu pour cela.

Summary: This villa has one of the best views in Orient bay, it is a good hike up the hill but the view is worth it. We enjoy being active so this was the perfect villa for us. A great work out before and after dinner! The villa has a great pool area, one of the few that has afternoon sun that we have rented. Interior is traditional of pre hurricane villas, nicely appointed. Air Con and internet worked very well. Bedrooms were good, clean and the villa was a perfect size for the two of us.
