Spectacular country house surrounded by pine forests in Andratx, in the Sierra de Tramuntana. The house is ideal for groups and large families as there is space for 10 guests. Private pool. Terraces and a barbecue area. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 10 people. 250 m2 of living space, 7700 m2 of land. The terrace furnished with a table and chairs for dining offers clear views of the forest, the mountains and you can even see a bit of the sea on the horizonA 20-minute drive from Puerto de Andratx, this country house is in a quiet setting in the middle of nature. In Andratx, there are supermarkets, bars and good restaurants. In 20-30 minutes driving you can reach the sandy beaches of Sant Elm, Camp de Mar or Paguera, as well as the golf course of Santa Ponsa and the Katmandu amusement park. The Sierra de Tramuntana is a reference for hikers and cyclists, who come especially in spring, autumn and winter. The Mallorcan kitchen offers good equipment including a gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, dining area, microwave and much more. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds. Stairs lead to the first floor where there are 4 more bedrooms, two with a double bed and the others with 2 single beds. One bedroom with a double bed has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and double sink. In addition, there are two bathrooms upstairs, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. 6 fans, a cot/high chair, a washing machine and an iron/ironing board complete the equipment. The chlorine pool, 9 x 4.5 metres and a depth between 1 and 2.10 metres, is open from March to October. Sun lovers have sun loungers at their disposal. The exterior of the house is enormous and apart from the pool area there are several terraces, a patio and a barbecue area. The furnished terrace with dining table and chairs offers unobstructed views of the forest, the mountains and even a glimpse of the sea on the horizon. After a day full of activities, you can take a seat in the lounge, equipped with elegant furniture and a large fireplace. A few steps lead to the dining area where the family gathers to dine together. There is a second reading room; ideal if you need a quiet corner to relax. Please note:The pool is open from March to October. In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest aged 16 or over. This payment is mandatory. A security deposit of 300 Euros is required upon arrival to cover possible damages to the property. It will be returned on the day of departure, if everything is correct. Central heating: 2 Euro per litre of diesel. Heating is an optional extra and must be requested a few days in advance.
