HOW TO BOOK:

We recommend booking stays from Saturday to Saturday, with a stay of 4 to 7 - 14 days. If you would like to book a week midweek on other days, please feel free to contact us to finalize rates and availability.
In case of Last Minute: We need 24 hours to prepare the villa once the payment to Weeky Villas of the first payment has been made. Last Minute bookings beyond Fridays at 5:00 p.m. are not accepted. We do not accept bookings for Saturday and Sunday as it is impossible to properly prepare our villas.
IMPORTANT ASPECTS RELATED TO RATES AND PAYMENTS:
1.- Payment by Vrbo with Visa Card with a 3% Card Commission supplement is possible.
2.- Payment by Bank Transfer is possible.
The Vrbo support service can be booked with both payment methods.
3.- Each week ends with a cleaning, change of sheets/pool and bath towels if it is at the end or with a small intermediate cleaning. If 2 weeks are booked, there are 2 cleanings, etc.
4.- Final cleaning: cost 250 €/week.

5.- Tourist Tax: 1 €/Adult/Day for the first 7 days.
6.- In Low Season Winter:
