Looking for a perfect spot for a holiday retreat? This is it – Villa 74 South Shores. Situated in the secure gated community of the South Shores Resort, Villa 74 offers a refreshing ambience, with stylish and modern furnishings, beach colour tones and décor. Relax in comfort and enjoy the open plan living and dining areas on the upper level which extend out through bi-fold doors to the balcony deck, where you can barbecue and socialise with family and friends. Outside the villa, take strolls through the landscaped gardens and reserve areas, make the most of family fun in the communal swimming pools or access the beautiful Normanville beach – about a 5 minute walk along the boardwalk from the resort.
The kitchen on the upper level has well equipped facilities for you to cook up a family feast or a special dinner for a more intimate dining experience. The outlook from the living space and deck is into the surrounding gum trees and the meandering garden running between the 2 swimming pools. Imagine sitting back on the deck with a local wine and watching the kids play on the grass below.
The upper level is also where the Master Bedroom is with a King size bed and ensuite. Downstairs are two further bedrooms with Queen size beds, with access between to a generous size bathroom. The bathrooms have body soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. A powder room on the upper level is convenient for guest access. The laundry with washer and dryer is accessible from the kitchen and living areas
To make your stay more enjoyable no matter what the weather, the villa has reverse style aircon throughout and ceiling fans in the living area and the 3 bedrooms. Smart TVS are located in the living area and all bedrooms for your entertainment and free WIFI access is available.
The villa has a carport with spaces for parking 2 cars. (Additional cars may be parked in designated car park zones within the resort). No access to the garage area.
Our regular guests at South Shores feedback how much they enjoy family time here in Normanville and exploring other parts of the wonderful Fleurieu Region, which is so close to Adelaide (just over an hours drive). Great options for dining out, takeaway, bakeries, visiting wineries and local markets.
Please note that linen is NOT provided. Guests are required to supply their own sheets (upper and lower), pillow cases and towels. Doonas, pillows and mattress protectors are provided.
