The Space:
Make your way up the charming front steps and step inside this warm and welcoming circa 1898 home where you’ll be surrounded by gorgeous heritage features and classic workmanship that sets this home apart.
Make your way into the bright, open living space and relax on the plush sofa where you can stream your favorite shows on the huge smart TV.
The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need right at your fingertips. There is a fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a built in microwave, a coffee machine and a dishwasher to handle all the cleaning up.
Eat together within the elegant dining area or if you don’t feel like cooking, simply step out the front door and be surrounded by delicious restaurants, charming cafes and sweet smelling bakeries.
Off the kitchen you can step outside onto the front screened patio and relax in complete privacy. St Andrews Ct is nestled in the middle of the Historic District but is extremely quiet and tranquil.
There are two spacious queen bedrooms upstairs that feature comfortable beds topped in quality linen and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.
The full bathroom downstairs features a giant claw foot tub with showerhead and plenty of soft fluffy towels for each guest. There is also a full en-suite bathroom upstairs with a spacious walk-in shower.
Brew up a pot of fresh coffee each morning and sit out on the front patio on one of the most unique streets in all of St. Augustine, then leave your car parked and wander the charming streets of downtown meandering through the historic leafy streets, stopping in for delicious bites, and enjoying the great nightlife after dark.

Getting Around:
Park your car and forget about it! Villa 1898 is literally in the middle of the Historic District and only steps away from everything our magical city has to offer.
Other Things to Note:
***SECURITY CAMERAS - there are 2 active security cameras outside the home - one on the front porch and one in the parking area. There are no cameras inside the home.
The home is located on a charming, historical street that is very narrow. Due to this, it can be difficult for larger vehicles such as trucks, large SUV's, etc to turn into or back out of the driveway. If you are traveling in a large vehicle, a pass for the public parking garage, that is 2 blocks away, can be provided. Smaller suv's and sedans should not have any problems. Please inquire for any additional questions.
You will never find somewhere as close to the action in St. Augustine, as well as secluded and quiet, because we are on a dead end street with just a few other homes. We hope you enjoy but ask you to be respectful of our wonderful neighbors.
