We are excited to welcome Views at 42 to Belle Property Escapes in Nelson Bay. Whilst this property is not new to the holiday letting market in the bay, it is new to Belle Property Escapes and we are delighted to have this beautiful boutique home within our portfolio.
Available all year around Views at 42 as standard offers a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom Villa which sleeps up to 4 guests. As well, during the December 2022 and January 2023 holiday period, the owners are excited to offer the whole 4 bedroom, 3 bath property for rent which sleeps up to 10 guests.
About the spaces:
The Self-Contained Villa on the lower level of a double storey home:
It is an immaculate self-contained space with stunning water views across the Port Stephens Peninsula from every room, including the garden with its covered alfresco seating and BBQ areas, all located within a short 1km walk of Bagnall and Dutchies beaches.
The Villa comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed (can split into singles as required), and one with a queen bed. Both bedrooms offer plenty of storage and wardrobe space. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and there is the added benefit of a full laundry for use during your stay. Sliding doors from the lounge/dining room and main bedroom open directly onto your private deck which overlooks the breath-taking peninsula views beyond, where you can dine at the outdoor bar table or relax with your favourite tipple on the outdoor sofa. It’s perfect for a small family, couples, or friends.
If you’re not wanting to cook up a storm in the kitchen using the many portable appliances provided, guests have full access to the large garden area, with outdoor seating, and the Weber gas BBQ, or have your favourite meal delivered and sit back and relax on your private elevated deck taking in the amazing sunsets. After the sun has set, why not cuddle up and watch your favourite movies on the smart TV, making use of the free unlimited Wi-Fi, from the comfort of your own lounge room, after all, you are on bay time.

Is via the side path on the right of the house to the rear of the property (security lighting with automatic sensors is available to be turned on after dusk).

Linen:
Your beds are made up with full linen including towels, complete for your stay. There is no need to bring any linen, other than your beach towels.

Subject to availability there is off-street parking at this property. Also, there is plenty of free on-street parking available on Wallawa Road.
