Our condominium has over 1655 square feet of living space and is designed to ensure your tranquility throughout your stay. This west facing condominium is perfectly situated for evening dinning while watching the sunset across the palms views at Magnolia Falls. You will enjoy complete privacy from neighbors on the lanai while relaxing and enjoying the soothing sounds of the water fountain on front of your lanai surrounded by palm trees.
The outdoor kitchen in the oversized lanai includes a complete outdoor kitchen with Electric BBQ cooktop, outdoor fridge and sink for your meal preparation convenience. You can enjoy all your meals on the outdoor dining table or spend time reading a book on the conversation area while enjoying the breeze provided by the ceiling fans. Pocket patio doors brings the lush tropical outdoor setting right inside your condo.
This furnished condo has 12-foot soaring vaulted ceilings and new floors. The living room includes a 55-inch HD television to catch up on the latest news or to enjoy your favorite show or movie.
The spacious master suite is equipped with a king size bed with dual sinks, double shower and walk-in closet. From the bedroom you can directly access the private lanai which spans the width of the unit.
