Please be respectful to your neighbors and no loud noises after 10pm.
Events or gathering require a pre approval from owner! ( Small events size 25 people maximum)
DO NOT Rearrange furniture(art, beds, couches, plants ect.) for if the cleaning staff has to move furniture back to it’s original start there is 100$ fee.
There is a small square fob on top of the fire place :) that is NOT A CAMERA it is a motion sensor for your heating and cooling system (ECO B) in the house to regulate temperature for your convenience. Do not leave doors or windows open while running the system. 50-5000$ fine for violating causing extra strain on the HVAC.
Please leave the TV remotes on the stands. If it is lost there is a 50$ replacement fee.
Please log out of all networks(Netflix, Hulu, HBO ect.) if you don’t want the next guest using your information:)
We keep a strict Inventory list that tracks all Linens (towels, soaps, cleaners, bedsheets, pillows, ect.) if we find that upon checkout the numbers do not match prior to your arrival there is a fee 20$ per missing item.
POOL RULES AND SAFETY!
All guest are required to sign liability waiver prior to arrival to check in. NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY SWIM AT YOUR RISK! The pool does have a safety fence but do NOT leave children unattended in the backward without a Adult present!No loud pool parties please be respectful to our neighbors. Life jackets and safety Buoy are available. Pool violations of signed waiver rules fines start at 100$+.
