Positive: Loved the location, the view was incredible and the condo was amazing! The fireplace was great and the jacuzzi tub was nice to relax in after a long day walking around Gatlinburg. The staff was wonderful and very helpful in any issue we had (which was nothing other than figuring out the washer dryer combo)
Negative: Everything was great, the only thing I would say is the washer dryer combo is for small loads or wont dry easily and the door to the balcony doesn’t lock (which didn’t matter to us bc we were on the top floor)
Summary: This place is beautiful and the ppl were amazing we will definitely stay here again
