You are renting an upscale Havasu home. It comes with all new furniture and appliances. The Living room includes a 65 inch LED TV with DVD, VCR, and surround sound system. The Master bedroom has a 37 inch LCD TV, with a DVD and surround sound. Bedroom two has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has a daybed with a trundle.
The master bath has dual sinks with a large walk in shower, plus the guest bath has a large oversize tub.
This home has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen for all your cooking needs.There is parking available in the over-sized two car garage.
The back yard is an entertainers delight. It includes a in ground pool with spa, three covered patios,an outdoor sound system,plus a professional gourmet propane BBQ. There is a observation deck above the main patio covering which gives you a view of the northern end of Lake Havasu and the island.
This home is equipped with RV parking and full hookups including 50 amp electrical service.
