Modern and stylish, this three-bedroom townhome in The Brownstone at the Summit community offers not only plenty of room to spread out over four levels, but also a convenient, walkable location. Tucked into a bend in the San Gabriel River, the community is within a few blocks of restaurants, shops, a gym, and movie theater. It also adjoins the riverfront Rivery Park, which offers playgrounds, a disc golf course, a nature pond, and access to the 25-mile hiking and biking trail, the N. San Gabriel River Trail, which in turn connects to Lake Georgetown, downtown and a variety of city parks and amenities. More highlights include a private elevator and a private rooftop terrace, the perfect place to start the day with coffee or wind down with a glass of wine.
Inside, you’ll find classic brownstone architecture with a Texas touch and Western chic decor throughout. The open-concept living space is great for family time and group meals, and the well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, plenty of gadgets, and lots of counter space.
