It is within a 5-minute drive to the Palm Desert Mall, El Paseo, grocery stores, golf courses and your choice of some of the finest restaurants in the Valley. It is an ideal location for a quiet, relaxing vacation.
This single level condo offers wonderful indoor/outdoor living. The shaded patio has been furnished with a dining table that seats six, a chaise lounge and a BBQ just steps outside the kitchen door.
The great room has vaulted wood ceilings and wall and a wall of windows making it light, bright and cheerful. It is completely updated, and the décor is tasteful, comfortable and harmonious. Furnished with a huge sectional and comfy side chair and mounted 70 inch “smart” cable TV above a gas fireplace.
The kitchen is spacious with abundant counter and storage space and has a convenient sliding glass doors leading to the patio. Perfect for your outdoor chef or entertaining. Guests will also love the Keurig coffee maker and cabinets full of supplies perfect for everyday cooking or entertaining. The dining table is adjacent to the kitchen with comfortable seats for four to six. Two barstools at the range counter make for an active gathering space during meal prep, allowing the cook to be part of the party. Too many cooks in the kitchen? Not a problem here!
The Primary bedroom offers a handsome King-sized bed, quality bedding, a good-sized Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The Guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed, a good-sized Smart TV for streaming, and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower.
There are Smart TVs in the Living room, and in both the Primary and Guest bedrooms, and high-speed internet. There are no landlines, so please remember to bring your cell phone. The washer and Dryer are conveniently located inside the home and there is a one car garage and one carport space.

Location – Location – Location … looking at the map on this listing you will see how close it is to hiking trails and the community itself is perfect for walking and can even be a bit challenging with its rolling hills and greenbelts. There are six pools with spas spread throughout the community and during the winter, they alternate from year to year, which will be heated. (Please contact us for information on which pools are heated during your stay) There are also two tennis courts and two pickle ball courts … first come-first served, and there are players you can join! Just say hello … the community is very welcoming. If you’re looking for quiet relaxation, this is a perfect spot for you!
Indian Hills is a short 5-minute drive to El Paseo, shopping, dining, and entertainment and right in the very heart of the desert. You are also just 5 minutes from The Living Desert Zoo & Gardens … and on your way up HWY 74 to Lookout Point and Idyllwild in the San Jacinto Mountains.
Tenant parking in the garage only and any short-term visitors should use the designated parking spots located by and across from the condo garage. Any visitors staying longer than two days will need to be reported to the HOA for security reasons and should park their car in the garage. Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted. As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions may be subject to fines.
SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures.
