FANTASTIC LOCATION - in Sugarbush Village, this is one of the closest homes to Sugarbush’s base (0.6 miles), located on a private 1-acre lot on a quiet dead-end street with only 6 houses on the road. The Free Shuttle Bus Stop is 150 yards away or it’s a 2 minute drive or 10-minute walk to Sugarbush’s Lincoln Peak (Lifts / Ski School / Restaurants / Après Ski). The shuttle runs approximately every 20 minutes until early evening.
QUIET, PRIVATE & IMMERSED IN NATURE - You can spend your day at the mountain surrounded by people and come back and enjoy the quiet and serenity of a private house nestled into the mountain. You feel connected to nature in the home, looking out the walls of windows. The 6 houses are nicely spread out on the street and your 4 parking spaces are plowed and waiting just for you. Additional parking is available at Sugarbush.
MODERN MOUNTAIN VIEW HOME - the modern 1800 sq. ft. house has mountain views including a winter views of parts of Sugarbush's Lincoln Peak and a sweeping view of Roxbury Mountain and the Mad River Valley. Be sure to catch the sunrise as you rise to start your ski day. Recent main floor updates include new appliances, furniture, windows, ceiling, doors, lighting, rugs, woodwork & paint.
FAMILY FRIENDLY - The house is modern but comfortable and VT cozy. The kids can enjoy a separate living space downstairs with a TV. You can close a door to dampen the noise for the adults who want to relax in the upstairs living room. We also have games, some toys, electrical plug covers, 2 baby gates for the top and bottom of the stairs if needed and plastic bowels, plates and cups.
HOUSE LAYOUT -
It’s a split level house with 4 bedrooms total, 2 are upstairs and 2 are downstairs, with a full bathroom on each level. Details include:
Upstairs - 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, full bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room with new sectional couch, 3 new chairs and a wood stove.
Downstairs - 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and the other bedroom has 2 bunk beds (with 4 twins), a full bathroom, family room with a couch, love seat and 2 chairs with a TV and a laundry room with brand new machines and extra towels, sheets, blankets and pillows.
Mudroom entryway – convenient storage of ski clothing and ski boots and a ski rack outside for skis and poles.

The house is unique, and the experience is unique, too. The house is nestled into the mountain, surrounded by mature trees and walls of windows to enjoy it. A large opening out back allows for expansive mountain views with space for kids to safely play outside (sled down the hill, etc.).
Location: 1/3 mile to Sugarbush or 6 miles to Mad River Glen. A 30 minute drive to Montpelier, 45 minutes to Middlebury, and 60 minutes to Burlington. Entrance to a 2-mile snowshoe trail located 100 yards away.
