What We Love
Nestled on a private road abutting the National Seashore and within a short drive of Provincetown's Commercial Street shopping/nightlife district, this house has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Beautifully updated with new furniture and modern touches, open floor plan, and plenty of light. This darling retreat is conveniently located close to Provincetown (eight and a half miles). This area is known to be especially inclusive for members of the LGBTQ+ community. From beaches to bike paths, whale watches and hikes, shopping, bars, national parks, and even drive-in movies, the absolute best of the Outer Cape is right at your doorstep!
After a day of swimming or biking at Head of the Meadow, sprawl out on the couches and enjoy a beautiful sunset on the big front deck. Upon entering this family-friendly retreat, you will be greeted by an inviting living room with cozy sofas and a smart TV with Roku to keep you entertained during your stay. The beautiful coffee table in the center is ideal for board game action - this retreat includes cards, puzzles, and board games. The kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials to prepare savory treats and homemade meals for the group. Find brand-new appliances, cookware, bakeware, and even a panini press. After dinner, wind down with a fire in the backyard fireplace.
The bedrooms upstairs have new beds and the downstairs room has a comfy bed and desk should you need to work or study remotely. Each room has a dresser and plenty of storage space. One of the living room sofas also pulls out into a bed. The upstairs bathroom boasts granite countertops plus a detachable showerhead, and downstairs you will find the washer/dryer!
Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer and a doggy door.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The driveway is not paved.
Part of the basement is unfinished, including the bathroom.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
